This importer works with request forms that have:

  • Header section with customer info, priority, aircraft type
  • Parts table with P/N, Description, Qty columns
  • Supplier quotes with Vendor, Contact, Price columns

Format auto-detected from common RFQ templates like Sherpa Air style forms.

What Gets Imported
  • Creates separate RFQ for each part number
  • Links customer reference to all RFQs
  • Imports vendor quotes as supplier responses
  • Optionally adds vendors to Suppliers Directory
